The price of painting a flat depends on the actual surface to be painted, the condition of the walls and the type of finish. For an 80 m² flat in Madrid, the usual range runs between 1.000 and 1.600 €, labour and materials included.
What does a painting quote include?
A professional quote includes protecting floors and furniture, repairing small defects, priming and two coats of emulsion paint.
If the walls have textured coating (gotelé) and you want them smoothed, the cost goes up because filling and sanding are added.
