What data do we process and for what purpose?

We process the data you provide through the quote form, by phone or via WhatsApp: name, phone, email, town, property type and the details you include in your message.

The purpose is to respond to your request, prepare a quote, manage the contracting and provision of the service and stay in contact with you during the work and its guarantee period.

Legal basis (legitimacy)

The legal basis is your consent when submitting the request (art. 6.1.a of the GDPR), the application of pre-contractual measures and the performance of the service contract you request (art. 6.1.b) and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c).

Retention period

We keep your data for the duration of the relationship and, once it has ended, for the periods legally required (for example, tax and guarantee periods). If your request does not result in a service, we will delete your data when it is no longer necessary.

Recipients

We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required. In order to operate, the site relies on providers that act as data processors and only process the data on behalf of the controller:

• Web hosting and infrastructure: Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, EE. UU.).
• Receipt of requests and messaging: form messages are delivered to the owner via messaging services (Telegram) and you can get in touch via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). When you write via WhatsApp, Meta's privacy policy also applies.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, as well as withdraw the consent you have given, by writing to [email protected] and indicating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not properly addressed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the art and the nature of the data processed.

Minors

This site and its services are aimed at persons of legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their parents or guardians.
