An empty flat of around 80 m² is usually ready in 2–4 working days, depending on the condition of the walls and the number of colours. After the visit we give you an exact timeframe.

We work with a fixed quote. After the visit and measurement, the agreed price doesn't change unless you add new work. If something hidden turns up while we prepare the walls (damp, loose plaster), we show it to you and price it before carrying on. You never get a surprise on the invoice.

Yes. We protect floors and furniture before we start and, when we finish, we remove the coverings and waste and leave every room clean and ready to use.

Yes. In offices and commercial premises we usually work in the afternoons or at weekends so we don't interrupt your business.

We offer a written guarantee on the finish and carry public liability insurance.

We reply to quote requests in under 2 working hours by phone, WhatsApp or email.

We are based in Alcalá de Henares and work across the whole Corredor del Henares (Torrejón, Coslada, San Fernando…) and in central Madrid. If you're unsure about your area, just ask us first.

Yes. We move and cover the furniture, protect the floors and work room by room, so you can carry on as normal while we get on with it.

It isn't essential. Many clients leave us the keys; we agree beforehand how to get in and out and keep you posted on progress.

For interiors, washable emulsions from leading brands; for façades, specific paints (acrylic, siloxane or elastic) depending on the surface. We advise you on the best option for your case.

A small deposit when we start and the rest on completion, once you've checked that everything is right. We issue an invoice with 10% VAT.

Yes. I'm a registered self-employed sole trader (autónomo: Ihor Yurtsyn, NIF Y3869527K), so every contract and payment is official, with an invoice and 10% VAT.
