The challenge
The residents' association façade had cracks and damp from water ingress after years without maintenance, and the scaffolding had to be coordinated with the neighbours.
How we solved it
We erected certified scaffolding, opened up and sealed the cracks with elastic filler and repaired the blown render. We applied a binding primer and two coats of breathable, waterproof siloxane paint to protect the wall from rain.
