The challenge
The owner had a fixed opening date and only 48 hours, working over walls stained by the previous tenant and high-wear areas around the counter.
How we solved it
We sealed the stains with a stain-blocking primer, applied two coats of scrub-resistant washable paint in the traffic areas and finished one wall in microcement for character. We worked straight through to hand the unit over ready in 48 hours.
