The challenge
Every wall carried heavy 1990s gotelé texture, and the empty flat had a fixed deadline before the owners moved in.
How we solved it
We filled and sanded the whole surface flat, applied a water-based primer to bind the plaster and finished with two coats of matt emulsion. Floors and skirting were masked and we handed it over clean in three days.
