The challenge
The flat was going up for rent with dated dark walls, nail holes and knocks left by the previous tenants.
How we solved it
We filled the holes and repaired the knocks with filler, sanded and primed the patched areas so they wouldn't show. We switched to a bright neutral tone with two coats of washable matt emulsion and had it ready to show in two days.
